By using VISORA X, you agree to these terms. They cover ownership, acceptable use, warranty, and the pre-order program.

Pre-order

Pre-orders are fully refundable until your unit ships. Estimated ship date is Q3 2026. Prices are locked at the time of order.

Acceptable use

Do not use VISORA X to record people without their consent where consent is required, or in places where recording is prohibited by law.

Warranty

VISORA X ships with a two-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Accidental damage is not covered.

Ownership

You own your device and every piece of media it captures. VISORA retains rights only to the software running on the device.
