Setup

Charge your glasses in the case for 30 minutes, install the VISORA companion app (iOS 13+ / Android 7+), and follow the pairing flow.

Firmware updates

Firmware pushes automatically over Wi-Fi 6 when the glasses are docked. You can also trigger an update manually from the app.

Warranty & returns

30-day trial with a full refund. Two-year limited warranty against defects. Start a return or warranty claim from your VISORA account.
